Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing any website, store, or game server operated under the TheAddiction.gg banner (including The Addiction Rust servers), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years of age, or the age of majority in your country, to make purchases or hold an account. You are responsible for keeping your linked Steam and Discord accounts in good standing.
3. Virtual Items, Purchases & Billing
All products sold through TheAddiction.gg store are digital goods that begin fulfilment immediately. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. By purchasing you waive any right to chargebacks or refunds (including for partial terms, changed wipe schedules, or balance changes). At our sole discretion, we may offer store credit or an equivalent replacement if you contact support promptly about an accidental purchase.
4. Subscriptions & Renewals
Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard; access remains active until the paid term ends. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.
5. Server Conduct & Enforcement
You agree to follow posted server rules, the Facepunch EULA, and applicable laws. Staff may suspend or revoke access if you engage in cheating, harassment, chargebacks, or other behaviour that harms the community. Removed entitlements are not eligible for compensation.
6. Integrations & Third-Party Services
We rely on third parties such as Steam, Discord, Stripe, and BattleMetrics for authentication, communication, payment processing, and telemetry. Outages or policy changes from those services may affect availability.
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific in-game outcomes, or permanent availability of items. Wipes, balancing, or maintenance may alter the value or availability of digital goods.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheAddiction.gg and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the six months preceding a claim.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TheAddiction.gg after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
