- Purchase data: orders, subscription status, billing history, and delivery outcomes.
- Gameplay telemetry: player counts, queue size, wipe times, and leaderboard statistics reported by our servers and BattleMetrics.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/user agent, and device details when you visit our website or API.
2. How We Use Data
We use collected information to deliver purchases, manage subscriptions, maintain leaderboards, combat fraud, provide customer support, and improve our services.
3. Sharing & Disclosure
We share personal data only with providers essential to operations (Stripe, Discord, Steam, BattleMetrics). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect community safety.
4. Payment Information
Stripe processes all payment details. TheAddiction.gg does not store full payment card numbers or CVV codes. Because all goods are digital and delivered immediately, refunds and chargebacks are not permitted; disputing payments may result in account suspension.
5. Data Retention
We retain account, order history, IP logs, and device fingerprints while your profile remains active or as required for legal obligations and anti-fraud. You may request deletion; certain records may be kept for regulatory or fraud-prevention reasons.
6. Security
We employ reasonable safeguards but no system is completely secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Your Choices
You can unlink Discord, cancel subscriptions, or opt out of marketing emails from your account dashboard. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data via support@theaddiction.gg.
8. International Transfers
Infrastructure is hosted in the United States. By using our services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S. and other locations where our providers operate.
9. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post revisions with an updated effective date. Continued use of TheAddiction.gg after changes take effect signifies acceptance.
